The palate is fruity and offers minerality, juiciness, suppleness, a certain gourmandize, a tangy structure as well as a slight richness. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy cassis, juicy/pulpy violet plum, and small notes of bright red berries associated with touches of juicy/fresh cherry as well as hints of lily, zan, a discreet hint of smoke, racy minerality, and a hint of clove. Tannins are precise and delicately mellow. A discreet saline note. The finish is slightly tight.
