The wine has a ruby colour of medium intensity. The nose expresses notes of acidulous fresh fruits (morello cherry, bigarreau cherry, cassis, bird cherry, strawberry, wild strawberry), associated with spicy notes (liquorice, cumin, white pepper), a slight herbaceous (dried mint) and floral touche (violet). The mouth is juicy, fruity and aerial. It expresses strawberry, cassis, bigarreau cherry, morello cherry, acidulous strawberry flavors, associated with a slight spicy side (liquorice, ground cumin, nutmeg in the background), an herbaceous dried pine needle touche, as well as slight a hint of violet. Tannins slightly tight and have a slight grain. The finish is moderately persistent and expresses a good bitterness and a mouth watering acidity. A fresh and gourmand wine.
