The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, freshness, a good definition, gourmandize as well as a certain intensity, fullness, a fine suavity, fat and a beautiful freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cassis, juicy/fresh raspberry and small notes of blackberry associated with small touches of small ripe wild berries, lily, bergamot as well as hints of Sichuan pepper, nutmeg, plum, racy gravels and very discreet hints of spices. Tannins are precise. A persistence on notes of mocha, toasted/crushed almond and a hint of cocoa bitter.
