Château Moulin de Canhaut 2023 – Médoc

The nose offers fruit, a certain brightness of the fruit as well as a fine darkness/density. There are notes of fairly ripe blackcurrant, concentrated/fairly ripe small red fruits and more slightly racy minerality associated with fine hints of liquorice stick and a discreet hint of nutmeg. The palate is fruity and offers minerality, tension as well as a certain energy. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy blackcurrant, concentrated black cherry and more slightly violet associated with touches of concentrated small red fruits as well as hints of tobacco and clove.
