Château Moulin de Blanchon 2024 – Haut-Médoc

The nose is aromatic and offers a fine power, a certain intensity and a lovely grain. It reveals notes of wild blackberry, camphor and small notes of smoke, associated with touches of wild raspberry, a hint of almost very ripe/crushed cherry, as well as hints of spices. The palate is well-built, supple, fresh, mineral and balanced. It offers a fresh frame, gourmandise, precision and suppleness. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/fresh blackberry, juicy/fresh cassis and small notes of cornflower, associated with touches of fresh tobacco, graphene, camphor, as well as fine hints of juicy blueberry, small fresh/juicy red berries, racy minerality and a fine hint of cocoa nib. Good length. Sapid, gourmand persistence.
