The nose is mineral, quite fruity and slightly powerful. It reveals notes of cassis, cherry and slight notes of berries, slight toasted notes associated with discreet hints of cassis bud and a subtle hint of spices / gray pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a nice mineral frame and freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of raspberry, fresh blackberry and slight touches of crushed cassis (in the background) associated with discreet touches of licorice. Tannins are well-built. Good length.
