The nose is fruity, aromatic and elegant, with a beautiful creaminess and an airy character. It reveals a depth in accuracy. There are notes of bright blackberry, creamy blackcurrant, and, small notes, crushed strawberries and elegant roasted fruits. These aromas are associated with touches of crushed blueberry, cornflower, bourbon vanilla, as well as a hint of milk chocolate and sweet spices. The palate is nicely mineral, juicy and tangy, with a gourmand elegance and a tangy structure, endowed with great energy. We perceive notes of creamy blackcurrant, bright blackberry and, small notes, small dense blue fruits, associated with touches of roasted and elegant red berries, as well as nuances of chocolate, infusion, bergamot and a discreet hint of aromatic herbs. The finish is marked by a beautiful freshness, an assertive minerality, and a sapid/iodine gourmandise. We perceive a lovely smoothness, a slight chewiness, as well as notes of black licorice and cocoa. Everything is silky, delicate and fresh.
