A lovely fruity nose, fresh, precise, elegant, beautifully airy in its power and grain. It expresses notes of boysenberry, bright wild strawberry and more lightly – roasted-juicy cherry, associated with touches of cornflower, timut pepper, cherry blossom as well as fine hints of blueberry and liquorice. A lovely floral side and fresh spices. The palate is beautifully juicy, melodious, fruity, balanced and offers a fresh frame, a tangy side, accuracy, tension, energy, vibrance, controlled power, a lovely airy material, smoothness and finesse, delicacy in its concentration. It expresses notes of pulpy/juicy red cherry, pulpy/juicy small red berries and more lightly – of tangy/juicy blueberry, associated with touches of fresh blackcurrant, racy minerality, graphite, iodine, salinity and a subtle sappy hint. Nice stretchness and mellowiness.
