A pretty elegant, precise nose, which offers minerality, controlled power, a nice controlled infusion side. It expresses notes of pulpy/fresh bigarreau cherry, violet and more slightly – creamy blackberry, associated with touches of fresh pepper, licorice stick, small dense/fairly ripe fruits, hints of almost sappy star anise and with a very discreet hint of clove, smoke, bergamot/blue tea, ripe almond and pepper. The palate is nicely mineral and offers freshness, tension, accuracy, a lovely energy and purity of fruit, gourmandise, minerality, a nice coating side. It expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cherry, small dense/bright black fruits, as well as hints of cornflower, small roasted red fruits, pulpy blue plum, superb minerality, fine hints of tonka bean, almond , fresh blond tobacco, maceration/infusion, as well as fine hints of bergamot and sweet spices. The palate is nicely precise and mineral. Good length, nice flavor and gourmandise, the tannins are melted and elegant. A very discreet hint of coffee in the background, soft. Nice depth of the nose, substance and a textured side. Lovely freshness, creaminess in freshness and a beautiful tension, generosity and suppleness. Very good persistence and flavor
