It reveals notes of griotte cherry, blackberry and small notes of small ripe red berries associated with touches of violet, a racy minerality, cherry blossom as well as hints of tonka bean, a subtle hint of spices, clove and a very discreet hint of toasted. the palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers freshness, juiciness, a beautiful definition, gourmandize, a small richness as well as an acidulous frame and a certain richness (well-controlled). On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/fleshy raspberry, cassis and small notes of griotte cherry associated with touches of pulpy violet plum, liquorice, cocoa, mild tobacco, cardamom, fine hints of nutmeg, a discreet hint of Badiane as well as an imperceptible hint of clove and coffee.
