The nose is elegant, racy, delicate and offers power as well as a slightly tight and beautifully fine grain. It reveals notes of fleshy blackberry, ripe wild strawberry and small notes of liquorice, violet associated with touches of cherry, spices, toasted and hints of Sichuan pepper and a hint of vanilla (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced, racy and offers a fine juiciness, a beautiful tension, a slightly acidulous frame, a beautiful minerality, delicacy as well as a beautiful silky matter. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy / juicy blackberry, fleshy raspberry / juicy and small notes of fleshy / juicy cassis associated with small touches of small red berries, with hints of graphite, flowers, racy minerality as well as hints of chocolate, liquorice and a hint of almond. Good length and persistence. There is a hint of hazelnut on the persistence.
