It reveals notes of Quetsche plum and slight notes of blackberry associated with fine notes of liquorice, a touch of toasted oak as well as a touch of sweet spice and a discreet note of caramel. The palate is fruity, mineral, racy, fresh, elegant, relatively fat and offers a beautiful silky matter, suavity, a beautiful texture, a good density and a fine grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry jam, Quetsche plum and slight notes of cassis associated with fine notes of cherry cream as well as touches of Zan and sweet spices. Good length.
