The palate is fruity and offers minerality / a mineral structure, juiciness, roundness as well as a little fat. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of fairly ripe blackberry, undergrowth and more slightly of caramelization associated with touches of dried blackcurrant, dried currants as well as fine hints of vanilla, a fine hint of hazelnut and a very fine touch of chocolate.
