The nose is fruity and offers pulpiness, notes of pulpy/juicy blueberry, pulpy blackcurrant and more slightly – small pulpy/juicy red fruits associated with fine hints of fresh blond tobacco and a discreet hint of cardamom and stick liquorice. The palate is fruity and offers minerality, freshness, tension, accuracy, roundness, a fine compact side. It expresses notes of pulpy blackberry, pulpy/juicy violet plum and more slightly bright blackcurrant associated with touches of cornflower, star anise as well as hints of chocolate, toast and fine hints of torrefaction in the background of the palate/persistence. Gourmandise, a subtle salty hint in the background.
