On the nose is fruity and offers some pulpy / juicy fruit as well as good definition. It reveals notes of pulpy cassis, violet and more slightly of small ripe berries associated with touches of cherry, crushed raspberry as well as fine hints of black tea, zan and a hint of black pepper. On the palate is fruity, fresh, mineral, balanced and offers a juicy / acidulous frame, unctuosity, a certain juiciness as well as a fine richness. This wine expresses notes of creamy cassis, pulpy cherry and more slightly tangy raspberry associated with small touches of pulpy small fruits as well as fine hints of lily, nutmeg and toasted hazelnut. Tannins are finely mellow. Presence of a fine hint of caramelized almond on the persistence.
