This wine has a pale apricot-tinted color. It is clear and shiny. The first nose is aromatically discreet. We have a little smoky side with some yellow fruits. With air, the fruits appear with yellow peach and apricot as well as small red fruits such as wild strawberry. We also have a vanilla sweetness with touches of lemon blossom. The tasting is fresh, frank with a nice acidity that emerges. There are small fruits such as yellow peach and a light passion fruit. The wine is drier in the mid-palate with a hint of salt that continues on the finish. It’s simple and well done for immediate pleasure. The finish is on green olive and lemon blossom.
