The wine is clear and shiny. It has a light pink colour. The first nose is discreet on citrus fruits like pomelo zest and on a hint of salinity and cream. The second nose opens more. We have more vegetal notes like almond shell and smoky. We find the yellow peach in the background. The attack is fresh, very slightly sparkling. We feel apricot and peaches. There’s a nice acidity that lingers in the mid-palate through to the finish. We still have this smoky frame that persists with a few touches of grated coconut and white currant. It is a lively and clear wine with a nice minerality.
