Château Montaguillon 2022 – Montagne Saint-Emilion

The nose is fruity and offers bright fruit, a little density/power. It expresses notes of boysenberry, small bright black fruits and more slightly – graphite associated with touches of incense, pepper as well as fine hints of clove. The palate is fruity and offers minerality, precision, juiciness and energy. It expresses notes of juicy/pulpy blackberry, cornflower and more slightly – juicy/fresh raspberry, associated with touches of small crunchy red fruits as well as a hint of licorice and sweet blond tobacco, a subtle varietal hint in the background. The tannins are supple and sapid. Suavity.
