The nose is peppery in elegance with a certain delicacy and intensity. There are notes of blackberry, fresh tobacco and small notes of Sichuan pepper associated with touches of small wild berries and spices. The palate is mineral with freshness and roundness. There is a slight fattiness and a certain suppleness with notes of juicy blackberries, pulpy raspberries and slight hints of violet associated with touches of blond tobacco, small wild berries as well as a subtle almost balsamic hint of bergamot and tonka bean. There is good freshness and a good tannic structure with racy tannins.
