The nose is delicate, but offers concentration, complexity and freshness. It expresses notes of morello cherry, black plum, wild strawberry, bigarreau cherry and raspberry coulis, accompanied by touches of mint chocolate, licorice, cloves, star anise and fresh flowers (rose petals, lilac) and subtle toasted notes. On the palate, the wine offers accuracy, roundness and concentrated fruity substance. It expresses the flavors of black plum, morello cherry, roasted red cherry, raspberry coulis and fresh wild strawberry, combined with tasty notes of licorice, clove, star anise, peppermint and flowers (lily, rose). The tannic structure is firm and quite powerful, but with a velvety and fine texture. The finish is ample, round and fruity, refreshed by a good level of acidity. A wine with depth and balance.
