The nose is aromatic, elegant, with a certain power and deep darkness. It finds notes of roasting, small blue fruits and more particularly cornflower, associated with touches of aromatic herbs, small roasted Mediterranean red fruits, as well as fine hints of liquorice, vanilla, a touch of graphite and mocha. The palate is fruity, with juiciness, freshness, beautiful definition, a fresh and tangy structure with a touch of gourmandise. We perceive a little creaminess in juiciness. We also find notes of creamy blackberry followed by cornflower, fresh blue plum, and small roasted Mediterranean red fruits, associated with touches of aromatic herbs and fine hints of tobacco, black olive and roasting. A nice chew. Tannins are mellow. Good length, with a fine, almost fennel touch in the background.
