The nose is fruity, well-built and offers elegance as well as a fine intensity / power. It reveals notes of cassis, ripe wild strawberry and small notes of liquorice associated with touches of cherry as well as very discreet hints of violet and Sichuan pepper. The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced and offers concentration, richness, a fine freshness as well as an acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry, black cherry and small notes of fleshy strawberry associated with small touches of cassis, violet and subtle hints of gray pepper. Tannins are elegant. Good length.
