Château Mire l’Etang 2019 – La Clape

The nose is fruity. It reveals notes of quince, nectarine and small notes of fleshy apple associated with fine touches of seeds, zest as well as fine iodine hints and fresh local grove. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers roundness, a small suavity, a fine gourmandize, a fine grain, precision as well as a small tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy lemon, juicy quince and small notes of zest associated with touches of acidulous white grapefruit, seeds, pine sap, sage, slight hints of olive leaf / fresh local grove as well as an imperceptible hint of star anise and toasted almonds. Good length.
