Château Ministre – Cuvée Réserve 2023 – AOP Languedoc

The nose is fresh with a hint of lime zest. There is also a touch of pineapple and toast. The second nose opens, more subtle with notes of yellow peach and iodine. The palate is fresh, velvety on the attack with good acidity. There are notes of apple, juicy yellow peach, and lemon zest. In the mid-palate, there is a slight bitterness accompanied by a salty hint. There are fine touches of toast and butter. The finish is long, saline, with notes of almond, butter, and lime. A very beautiful wine, full of power and delicacy without forgetting a very beautiful balance.
