The nose is fruity and elegant. It reveals notes of fleshy strawberry, fleshy Boysenberry and small notes of fresh cassis combined with touches of caramelization, flowers, spices, Cuben pepper as well as very discreet hints of chocolate and caramelization. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, a mineral frame as well as a slight juiciness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh raspberry and fresh / crunchy wild strawberry associated with small touches of blackberry, crunchy cassis as well as slight hints of flowers, spices, caramelization and chocolate. Tannins are fine and a bit mellow. There is an imperceptible touch of almond on the finish / persistence.
