The nose is spicy, like a fine veil. It reveals notes of blackberry, clove and small notes of fresh nutmeg, associated with touches of lilac, as well as fine hints of pepper. The palate is fruity, with freshness, minerality, a tangy frame and precision. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/fresh cherry, juicy/pulpy raspberry, and small notes of fresh flowers, combined with fine hints of almost green pine needle in the background, a touch of fresh violet and a discreet hint of clove. Tangy and slightly sappy persistence.
