(Organic wine) On the nose, aromatic. It reveals the notes of crushed blackberry, slight hint of concentrated redcurrant associated with touch of de zan, sweet blonde tobacco, discreet touch of pepper. On the palate, fruity, well balanced, it offers juiciness of the fruit, minerality, a good definition, a certain mellow tanginess and acidity. The wine express the notes of full bodied, juicy and mild tangy blackberry, slight hint of raspberry, and red currant associated with wild red berries, and waft of de zan, tobacco and chocolate.
