(Organic) The nose is fruity, well conducted and offers concentration, spiciness and a fine stretch. There are notes of concentrated blackberry, blackcurrant and, more slightly, red fruit pulp/very ripe combined with delicate touches of violet, lily, morello cherry, as well as fine nuances of black tea, liquorice and a discreet, almost roasted touch in the background. The palate is fruity and offers gourmandise, roundness, a spherical side, unctuousness, tension, an acidic frame, good definition as well as a certain purity of the fruit (quite ripe/pulpy). On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy boysenberry, crushed raspberry and more slightly juicy/crunchy red berries combined with a touch of crushed blue plum as well as hints of blueberry, liquorice stick, black tea and a subtle touch of vanilla (in the background). Good length. Sapidity and sweetness on the finish, which adds to the deliciousness.
