The nose is fruity, gourmand and offers a small richness/concentration as well as a very fine austerity. It reveals notes of blackberry, violet, ripe strawberry associated with fine touches of small ripe red fruits, Sichuan pepper as well as very discreet hints of sweet spices, chocolate and a hint of clove. The mouth is fruity, fresh, well-balanced and offers a good definition, gourmandize as well as juiciness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fleshy strawberry, fleshy/ripe cassis and small notes of ripe blackberry associated with fine touches of cherry, small red berries, racy gravels as well as hints of violet, graphite and toasted almond. Tannins are elegant and gourmand. A beautiful persistence.
