The palate is fruity, well-balanced, structured and offers a big minerality, a slight freshness as well as an acid frame. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of cassis, cassis bud and slight notes of raspberry associated with hints of blackberry, a discreet hint of cherry as well as slight notes of spices, woody notes and a very discreet hint of Cuben pepper (in the background). Tannins are a bit dry.
