The nose is aromatic and relatively complex. It reveals notes of dried fruit and slight notes of candied citrus associated with little notes of caramel, licorice stick and hazelnut. The palate is fresh, beautifully complex, relatively fat, concentrated and balanced. An acid frame leads the tasting. In the mouth it expresses notes of dried fruits (especially apricots and pineapple) and candied peach associated with a hint of caramel, candied orange and a touch of brioche. Good length.
