The nose reveals notes of candied fruit combined with a few notes of honey, acacia and flowers. The mouth is gourmand, fruity, concentrated and offers a small acid frame that leads the tasting. In the mouth it expresses notes of candied fruit, candied peach and slight notes of pineapple and apricot combined with a touch of honey as well as notes of tarte tatin and nutty on the finish.
