The wine needs to be decanted. It reveals notes of tomato leaf, spices and small notes of roots/ferns associated with fine hints of gray pepper. The palate is fruity, round, suave and offers a certain gourmandise, tension as well as a frank side and straightness in its structure. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy blackberry, tonka bean and small notes of clove associated with touches of nutmeg, tobacco as well as fine hints of almost aromatic herbs/rosemary/sage. Good length.
