Château Mazeyres 2024 – Pomerol

The nose is spicy, precise and offers a certain power/intensity and a little elegant darkness. It reveals notes of blackberry, camphor and small notes of cubeb pepper, associated with touches of violet, small red fruits, violet plum, as well as touches of clove. The palate is mineral, it offers fruit, spices, a certain tension, energy, a little straightness and a discreetly powdery tannic frame. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of clove, blackberry, tobacco, hints of clove, nutmeg, fine hints of wild cherry, as well as a hint of juicy violet plum, cinnamon and tobacco. A wine offering silkiness, a certain gourmandise and a tangy frame.
