Château Mazeyres 2022 – Pomerol

Château Mazeyres 2022 – Pomerol

The nose is fruity, aromatic and offers a certain power, a fresh peppery as well as a floral hint. It reveals notes of violet, infusion, crushed blackberry and small notes of pulpy plum associated with touches of liquorice, tonka bean as well as a hint of strawberry, incense, toasted and sweet spices. The palate is nicely built, fruity, fresh, delicate, elegant, racy, all in velvety and delicacy. It offers juiciness, minerality and energy. It expresses notes of pulpy blackberry, bright violet plum and small notes of roasted-juicy red berries, associated with a touch of crushed strawberry, star anise, coffee as well as a sudden hint of mocha, graphene, vanilla and toasted/caramelized hazelnut; velvety and savoury tannins.
