The nose is a bit powerful. It reveals notes of ripe fruit, strawberry and cassis combined with touches of cherry, blond tobacco as well as a hint of spices and a touch of cardamom. The palate is fruity, juicy, relatively gourmand and offers a nice minerality, a good matter and a small suavity. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of blueberry, cassis and strawberry associated with slight notes of licorice, cherry, plum and toasted notes. Tannins are fine, well-conducted and (currently) a bit young.
