The nose is elegant, airy and delicate in its intensity. It reveals notes of blackberry, violet and small notes of crushed raspberry, associated with delicate hints of coffee, cardamom and discreet hints of cocoa. The palate is well-built, supple, fresh, mineral and balanced, with a fresh frame. It expresses notes of juicy/pulpy blackberry, pulpy raspberry and small notes of small brilliant red berries, associated with touches of flowers, as well as hints of star anise, chocolate/cocoa and fine hints of almost bourdon vanilla. Tannins are mellow and gourmand. Good freshness and mellowness side on the palate. Good persistence, with a play on the right bitters/torrefaction.
