The nose is well-built, precise, intense and offers accuracy and a lovely airy sweet pepper side. It reveals notes of boysenberry, violet and small notes of sweet pepper, associated with touches of ripe strawberry, as well as hint of crushed cherry and camphor/smoke. The palate is well-built, supple, fresh, mineral, precise and accuracy. It offers an airy and delicate side in its acidity acidity and energy and presents a tangy frame. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy blackberry, small juicy/bright red berries and small notes of violet, associated with touches of fleshy/juicy cherry, blond tobacco, licorice, as well as a discreet hint of toasted/toasted almond and a subtle hint of tea in the background. A hint of varietal/sappy in the background/persistence.
