The nose is fruity and offers a fine concentration as well as a fine power/intensity of the fruit. There are notes of small black fruits, roasted cherry and small notes of infusion associated with touches of dense purple plum as well as a hint of camphor and very discreet hints of cornflower. The palate is fruity, balanced, well-managed and offers minerality, freshness, tension, a fine suavity, energy as well as a small roundness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy blackberry, pulpy blackcurrant and small notes of fresh/juicy cherry associated with touches of lilac, cornflower as well as fine hints of tonka bean, infusion and racy minerality. Good length. Good work on the good bitters.
