Château Martinet 2024 – Saint-Emilion Grand Cru

The nose is fruity, fresh, it offers a certain mellowness, fine fleshiness and airy creaminess. It reveals notes of boysenberry, violet and small notes of crushed cassis, associated with touches of fleshy charlotte strawberries, fine hints of bourbon vanilla, as well as notes of cornflower and nutmeg. The palate is well-built, supple, fresh, mineral and offers a tangy frame, accuracy and suppleness. It presents a certain gourmandise, freshness/minerality, energy and a stretched side. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy cassis, violet and small notes of blackberry, combined with touches of lilac, pulpy/juicy raspberry, as well as hints of toastiness. Lovely minerality/freshness. Harmonious, juicy and fresh wine.
