It reveals notes of fleshy blackberry, fleshy cassis and small notes of crushed strawberry, crushed blueberry associated with touches of flowers, licorice as well as very discreet hints of almond (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, a small acidulous frame, gourmandise as well as a beautiful suavity / roundness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry, crushed cassis and small notes of fleshy berries associated with touches of wild strawberry, a very discreet hint of blueberry as well as subtle hints of tonka bean / cocoa, toasted oak and a very discreet hint of caramelization. Small power on the finish. Tannins are fine and very slightly firm.
