The nose reveals notes of coffee, torrefaction, blackberry and, more slightly, crushed black berries combined with delicate touches of grey pepper. The palate is fresh, mineral, balanced and offers a fresh structure, good definition and some acidity. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy raspberry, blackcurrant and more slightly toasted oak combined with a fine touch of cocoa and a discreet varietal touch. There is a fine hint of positive bitterness in the background.
