The nose is slightly concentrated. It reveals notes of crushed black cherry, chocolate and crushed redcurrant combined with a hint of raspberry jam, caramelization and Bourbon vanilla. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers fat, suavity, precision, fleshiness as well as slight unctuosity and a good freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of jammy raspberry, strawberry, chocolate and slight notes of fleshy / juicy blackberry associated with slight touches of caramelization and a very discreet hint of liquorice. Good length.
