The nose is fresh, juicy and fruity. It reveals slight notes of fresh/ripe raspberry, fresh/ripe redcurrant and slight notes of blackberry associated with discreet hints of licorice, toasted oak as well as a slight/subtle hints of strawberry and a subtle hint of spices. The palate is fruity, juicy, silky and offers suavity, a slight unctuosity as well as a nice deepness and a nice matter. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fresh/ripe blackberry, fresh/ripe strawberry and slight notes of fresh/ripe cassis associated with a hint of licorice stick as well as a discreet hint of caramelized oak and a very discreet hint of coffee. Tannins are fine and well-built. Good length.
