A lovely fruity nose, elegant, precise, mineral, with a lovely side stretched out in elegance. It expresses notes of wild blackberry, soft berries and more slightly – bright raspberry, associated with touches of cornflower, star anise and a hint of graphite and nutmeg. A subtle hint of infusion and vanilla. The palate is nicely juicy, fruity and offers delicacy, accuracy, tension, a tangy frame. It expresses notes of juicy/pulpy blackberry, juicy/pulpy raspberry and more slightly – bigarreau cherry, associated with touches of small bright red berries, as well as a hint of Mediterranean, sweet blond tobacco, as well as hints of liquorice stick and fresh hazelnut.
