The nose is aromatic, elegant and slight. It reveals notes of dark chocolate, roasted oak and blackberry associated with slight notes of cassis, a hint of strawberry as well as slight notes of cardamom and a very discreet hint of vanilla. The palate is fruity, elegant, straight, fine, perfectly balanced and offers a racy minerality. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of blackberry, black cherry and slight notes of strawberry, raspberry associated with notes of roasted oak, coffee and cacao. Tannins are fine, young (wait 5 years) and slightly dry. There is gourmandize/suavity on the finish. Beautiful persistence. This wine is full of finesse!
