The nose is fruity, fresh, racy and offers power. It reveals notes of fresh blackberry, fresh/crunchy strawberry and small notes of crunchy cherry associated with fine touches of Cuben pepper as well as very fine hints of cardamom. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, racy, very finely tight and offers a good definition, juiciness, a mineral frame, tension, freshness, power, finesse as well as a beautiful finesse of the grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of cassis, blackberry and small notes of strawberry/ripe/crushed red berries associated with hints of racy minerality, violet, clovers, sweet spices and chocolate. Tannins are well-built.
