A lovely elegant, precise, aromatic nose, with a very fine concentration, a subtle power. It expresses notes of pulpy nectarine, kumquat and more slightly – crunchy peach associated with touches of lychee, delicate floral hints, as well as fine almost saline/iodine hints. The palate is nicely juicy, fruity, elegant, delicate, subtle, all in accuracy and control, a nice unfolding/guideline, a fine tangy frame. It expresses notes of juicy/pulpy peach, crunchy nectarine and more slightly – quenette, associated with touches of citrus fruits (lemon, pink grapefruit), as well as fine hints of mandarin blossom, a subtle hint of zest, salinity/iodine and a discreet hint of toasted almond. Nice definition and delicacy. Nice suave and iodine persistence. A discreet almost verbena hint in the background. Very nice persistence. A very discreet hint of good bitterness on the retro.
