The nose is fruity, discreetly tight and offers a fine concentration. There are notes of ripe/fresh wild blackcurrant, berries and slightly crushed wild strawberry combined with hints of violet, nutmeg as well as fine varietal hints and a very discreet touch of pepper. The palate is fresh, mineral and offers fruit and a fine intensity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh/pulpy raspberry, pulpy redcurrant and slightly crushed blackberry combined with fine touches of fresh violet, fine hints of liquorice and a discreet hint of cardamom and sweet spices.
