The nose is fruity, elegant and offers crunchiness, a good freshness, a beautiful concentration/power, gourmandize as well as a beautiful finesse in the power/richness. It reveals notes of crunchy/ripe blackberry, ripe cassis and small notes of fleshy/ripe wild strawberry associated with touches of mentholed liquorice, chocolate, juicy small red berries as well as fine hints of spices/toasted. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful juiciness, a small suavity, a juicy/acidulous frame, tension, structure, a beautiful finesse of the grain as well as precision. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe/juicy casis, juicy/acidulous blackberry and small notes of juicy/acidulous red berries associated with fine touches of juicy/fresh raspberry as well as fine touches of cocoa, tonka bean, fresh flowers (cornflower, iris…) andd fine hints of toasted. Tannins are well-built, elegant and structuring.
